Lists

Lists of your own let you group tasks by topic, such as “Clients” or “Studies”. Each task sits in exactly one list or in “No List”.

Managing lists #

In the filter column, tap “Manage Lists” below the lists, or press and hold one of your lists and choose “Manage Lists”. The sheet shows all your lists with symbol, name and trash button.

Tap a list’s symbol to choose its colour: the menu shows “Blue”, “Purple”, “Pink”, “Red”, “Orange”, “Yellow”, “Green” and “Teal” with a colour dot, and the current colour has a checkmark. You change the name in the field; Nexnor applies it when you press Return, leave the field or close the sheet. An empty name or a name that already exists is not accepted – the field then shows the previous name again. “Done” closes the sheet.

The symbol in the filter column and the dot on the right of every task row show the list’s colour. “No List” is fixed and cannot be changed.

  • Assigning tasks to a list: context menu › “Move to List”, “Move to List” in selection mode, “List” in the task details or “Organize” in the editor.
  • Subtasks always move with their main task.

Deleting a list #

In “Manage Lists”, tap the trash button next to the list, swipe the row to the left, or press and hold it and choose “Delete”. The filter column works the same way: press and hold the list › “Delete”.

Confirm the “Delete list “…”?” prompt with “Delete”. All tasks in the list are kept and move to “No List”. If the list was selected as the list filter, the filter switches to “All Lists”.

CautionDeleting a list cannot be undone. The tasks remain, but their assignment to the list is lost.
